Arnaud is an of counsel in M&A in the Paris Restructuring practice group.

Arnaud has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, as well as securities and stock market regulation and corporate law.

Arnaud also advises on securities issues and matters related to governance and restructuring.

Before joining Orrick, he spent six years in the M&A team at a leading international law firm, and prior to that was also at another global law firm.
