Flavio Notari

Flavio is an Italian certified public accountant and statutory auditor (“Commercialista”) qualified and registered with the Rome Register of Italian certified accountants and auditors (“Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti and Registro dei Revisori Legali”) who has gained considerable experience working in well-established law firms both in the United States and also in Italy in the field of domestic and international taxation.

Flavio regularly assist clients in their start-up, scale-up, venture capital deals, internationalization processes, as well as for the taxation issues of extraordinary operations.

He has significant experience assisting mainly tech companies and multinational industrial groups with respect to tax issues.

Tax advisor in business accelerators, advisor for VC funds as well as for tech start-ups, he follows with great attention the paths of the Italian entrepreneurial innovation, promoting competitiveness and spreading the culture of risk.

Flavio is a regular lecturer in Financial Accounting at John Cabot University.

Co-Founder of BAIA Italia – Business Association Italy America, he contributes to the definition of the vision and strategy of the association.

Flavio is also a Member of the AIAF – Associazione Italiana degli Analisti e Consulenti Finanziari, study group on innovative startups.

He is author of several publications relating to taxation and regularly speaker in conferences and workshops.
