Siobhan is a former Supreme Court clerk and public interest litigator. She brings her litigation experience to bear on high-stakes federal and state appeals.

Before joining Orrick, Siobhan served as a law clerk to Justice Sonia Sotomayor of the United States Supreme Court, Judge Raymond J. Lohier of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Judge Jesse M. Furman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also served as an appellate public defender at the Center for Appellate Litigation, where she briefed and argued over 20 appeals before New York's Appellate Division, First Department and Appellate Term, First Department. Siobhan also litigated several post-conviction motions in New York's trial courts, negotiated favorable dispositions for clients at risk of deportation, and secured a pardon for one client from Governor Andrew Cuomo. 

Siobhan graduated summa cum laude from NYU School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania.
