Yuan Tian is an associate in the Washington D.C. office and a member of Orrick’s M&A and Private Equity Group.

Yuan has worked on complex mergers and acquisitions in the technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and energy sectors. Prior to joining Orrick, Yuan was an attorney at Legal Innovators, Inc. in Washington, DC. She also spent six years working in the telecommunications, media and technology industries.
