Stefan advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital investments as well as ongoing legal advice.

Prior to joining Orrick, Stefan worked in another international law firm in Munich as well as in Charlotte, NC.

    • Advising Fonds Finanz Maklerservice GmbH on a majority investment by financial investor HgAdvising Ionity, Europe's leading high-power charging network, on a €700m investment by current shareholders and BlackRock
    • Advising U.S. software provider Aptean on the acquisition of Objective International
    • Advising FinTech Collective on its investment in the $14m Series Seed of Berlin-based Mondu
    • Advising a German startup on its triple-digit-million-euro financing round
    • Advising Blue Cap AG on the acquisition of HY-LINE Group
