Jesse Beringer is a Senior Associate in Orrick's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Antitrust & Competition practice group.
Jesse’s practice involves representing clients in a wide array of complex litigation matters in a number of areas, including antitrust, class action defense, contract disputes, False Claims Act defense, government administrative proceedings, and internal investigations. She also has experience assisting clients with issues related to mergers and acquisitions, including preparation of Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification filings and responses to Second Requests.
Additionally, Jesse is a member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section and co-chairs the Section’s Young Lawyer Task Force, in addition to serving as a co-coordinator of the Section’s Young Lawyer/Economist Representative (YLR/YER) Program, for the 2021-2022 Section year.
