Isabella is an associate in the Technology Transactions Group at Orrick.
Isabella represents clients at all stages of their life cycles and in a variety of technology driven fields, with a particular focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial, licensing, and other intellectual property and technology agreements. Isabella counsels clients on intellectual property issues in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. In addition, Isabella has experience in the fintech, blockchain, defi, Web3 and NFT ecosystems.
