Julie Lee

Julie's practice centers on litigation involving structured finance transactions, contractor disputes, class actions, and competitor conflicts.  Julie has achieved favorable results for clients at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as through regulatory proceedings and arbitration. 

Beyond litigation, Julie is adept at strategic dispute resolution tailored to client needs, such as through negotiations and mediations. She also advises renewable energy and infrastructure clients on a broad range of issues, including disputes over change orders, supply and performance, development and construction, warranty claims, and liability and payment obligations.

Julie’s practice further encompasses navigating regulatory proceedings initiated by government entities. She has experience conducting internal investigations, liaising with regulators, and managing risk and liability in sensitive situations. 

Prior to joining Orrick, Julie was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dana M. Sabraw of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
