Tiffany C. Leung is a commercial transaction and intellectual property attorney whose practice focuses on advising life sciences and technology companies.
Tiffany represents clients on a range of intellectual property and commercial matters related to technology and life sciences, in particular for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She has experience in advising on transactions involving cross-border collaborations, strategic licenses, mergers and acquisitions, and drafting and negotiating industry standard and commercial agreements.
Tiffany also spent two years on client secondment as in-house counsel for Panasonic Corporation in Osaka, Japan, where she assisted the IP licensing group and advised business division leaders and managers on IP portfolio management and strategy. Previously, Tiffany was a part of Orrick's IP Litigation group, handling matters involving trade secrets, copyright infringement, patent infringement, contract disputes, and complex litigation.
