Saoirse advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a focus on venture capital and growth equity investments as well as cross-border M&A and complex corporate restructuring.

She works with founders, high-growth technology companies, private-equity backed businesses and institutional investors across the full investment lifecycle – from seed funding to strategic exits and reorganisations.

Qualified in both England & Wales and Ireland (non-practising), she trained at a top-tier Irish law firm and has experience with leading firms in London and Dublin. Saoirse’s cross-border background equips her to deliver strategic, commercially focused advice that helps clients close complex transactions and achieve their business goals.

  • Venture Capital and Growth Financings

    • Advised cybersecurity platform ThreatSpike on its $14 million Series A fundraise, led by Expedition Growth Capital.
    • Advised deep tech AI startup, Intelmatix, on its $20 million Series A financing.
    • Advised an emerging online grocery delivery service in relation to its £6 million venture debt financing.

    M&A and Corporate Restructuring

    • Advised De La Rue pls on its £263 million recommended takeover by US private equity firm Atlas Holdings.
    • Advised De La Rue plc on the £300 million disposal of its Authentication business to Crane NXT.
    • Advised Ulster Bank and NatWest Group on the sale of the Lombard asset finance business to Permanent TSB as part of the €6.75 billion sale of NatWest Group's Irish loan book.
    • Advised the management team on the sale of Kindred Education, a multi-award winning provider of early years education, to private equity investor Livingbridge.
    • Advised the shareholders of ReSolve Advisory, a leading independent accounting and restructuring firm, on the sale of their business to Evelyn Partners.
    • Advised a leading digital sports media group in relation to the €42 million sports betting media company.
    • Advised a NYSE listed cloud computing platform in relation to a complex, cross-border internal restructuring.
