Adam Zuro

Adam has experience advising public and private companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and other clients on business transactions involving intellectual property, including licensing and technology transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions that involve the commercialization of intellectual property or technology. Adam has represented clients in a variety of industries including software and hardware, medical devices and life sciences, consumer products, entertainment, and digital media.

Prior to joining Orrick, Adam was an associate at the Silicon Valley office of a large international law firm where he represented a variety of private and public companies in technology and intellectual property transactions and initial public offerings.
