David Valk is a Senior Associate in Orrick’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity group. He advises clients on complex M&A and private equity transactions across a range of industries, including technology, energy and infrastructure, and life sciences.
David focuses his practice on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity and asset sales, joint ventures, and other strategic business combinations and reorganizations.
David represents U.S. and multinational companies across a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, automotive, industrials, consumer products, health and life sciences, aerospace and defense, and real estate. His clients include private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, emerging and high-growth technology companies, established global corporations, and financial institutions.
