Agatha Kluk Joins Orrick's New York Tech Companies Group

• Leading tech companies advisor Agatha Kluk joins Orrick as a partner in New York.
• Agatha is a sought-after counselor to founders, operators, board members and venture investors in the NY tech ecosystem. She advises clients throughout the lifecycle – from formation to venture financing to exit – in the consumer tech, AI, health and wellness, fintech and cleantech sectors.
• Agatha joins from Perkins Coie, which in 2022 combined with Kluk Farber Law, the 12-lawyer venture law boutique she founded. Agatha began her legal career at Debevoise & Plimpton.
• Agatha’s hire continues a streak of 2025 investments in Orrick’s Technology Companies Group in New York, Boston, Southern California, and Silicon Valley, and with the launch of the firm’s Miami office. A third of the firm’s U.S. venture capital practice is now based in East Coast markets.
