Orrick Adds Rising Star Venture Lawyer in Boston

Ben represents startup companies through all stages of their life cycle and advises both financial and strategic venture capital investors. He has helped entrepreneurs form and grow hundreds of companies and has represented venture investors in transactions ranging from early seed financings to large pre-IPO equity rounds. Ben has also served as a trusted advisor for a multitude of both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in the venture space.
