Orrick has more than 120 attorneys in its Santa Monica, Los Angeles and Orange County offices, among the largest presence in the greater Los Angeles market of Silicon Valley tech-focused law firms.
Caroline advises emerging and high growth companies throughout their lifecycle, as well as venture funds and other investors, across a variety of industries. She brings extensive experience in VC financings and corporate governance matters. Caroline also advises on M&A, securities and technology transactions. She sits on the board of the Los Angeles Venture Association and most recently served as co-chair of the Venture Capital and Emerging Growth practice at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles.
