Orrick Receives 100% on Corporate Equality Index for 15th Year

Orrick earned a 100% on the Human Right’s Campaign’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index in recognition of our efforts to build a more LGBTQ-inclusive workplace. It’s our 15th consecutive year receiving a perfect rating and the designation of being a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.

The annual report measures policies, benefits and practices (including supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility) that ensure greater equity for LGBTQ workers and their families.

We recently introduced a new Gender Inclusive Workplace Policy that sets out expectations for the full Orrick team to ensure that all of our colleagues are welcome, respected and able to bring their whole selves to work – regardless of gender identity.
