Alex Stathopoulos Named Alternate Delegate to ABA House of Delegates

Orrick Senior Associate Alex Stathopoulos has been named an alternate delegate to the ABA House of Delegates, the policymaking body of the nationwide group. Alex will represent California in the American Bar Association along with other delegates from the California Lawyers Association (CLA) and the State Bar. As an alternate delegate, Alex will actively work with others from CLA and the State Bar to ensure full and fair representation of the interests of California lawyers on a range of issues. She has been instrumental in drawing support to the interests of California lawyers, having served as an active member of the California Young Lawyers Association (CYLA) and as Liaison to the Labor and Employment Section of the California Lawyers Association.

Alex is a Senior Associate in the Labor and Employment Group at Orrick, where she represents employers in complex wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff cases, and provides creative and practical counseling on a wide range of employment issues including new and developing areas of the law. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
