Having received this recognition for over 10 years, we are also named to the publication’s inaugural Hall of Fame list. This list showcases law firms that are committed to retaining and promoting female lawyers through career development initiatives and family-friendly policies. Orrick supports women through our industry-leading parental leave policy and our Agile Working programs, which have no stigma attached to using them - 175 Orrick lawyers took advantage of our Agile Working programs over the past year.
Working Mother’s annual study evaluates firms based on a range of factors including representation, flexibility, paid time off and leaves, leadership, compensation and advancement, and development and retention.
