Orrick is honored to be named to Yale Law Women’s list of Top 10 Family Friendly Firms, one of the most respected surveys of family friendly law firms. This marks Orrick’s seventh time on the list.
YLW singled Orrick out for our industry-leading parental leave policy and our lawyers’ use of flexible work arrangements. This year, a third of our new partner class has taken advantage of the firm’s agile working programs. When looking at gender equity, YLW also gave us honors for the number of women associates at our firm. More than half of the members of our last four new partner classes have been women and/or diverse, and 88% of our upcoming summer class is women and/or diverse.
