Ocwen Named ACC Value Champion for Innovative Collaboration with Orrick and Others

Congratulations to Ocwen Financial Corporation on being honored for innovation by the Association of Corporate Counsel. Faced with a challenging due diligence project, Ocwen decided to harness people, process and technology to develop a new approach. With the help of QuisLex, Orrick and Hunton Andrews, Ocwen was able to reengineer its due diligence model to achieve significant cost savings and complete work in a tight timeframe.
