Orrick Miami launched in the summer of 2025 with a team of long-time Miami-based practitioners. The team brings deep experience advising public and private companies, funds and investors on M&A, venture capital and growth transactions. The office is also home to Orrick teams in venture capital and emerging companies, finance, energy & infrastructure and litigation, among other areas. It is located in the Wynwood section of Miami, the heart of South Florida’s tech community.

Connecting South Florida with Orrick’s innovative global platform, the office was established to serve the region’s rapidly growing ecosystem of companies and funds in the four sectors on which Orrick focuses: Tech, Energy & Infrastructure, Finance and Life Sciences. Our team is particularly well positioned to serve disruptors in areas such as AI, fintech, cryptocurrency, energytech and healthtech. It also provides a base for Orrick teams who have long served some of Florida’s leading companies such as Ocwen, Carnival, Roper Technologies, TD Synnex, Bayview Asset Management, K5 Global and Westbrook Partners.
