Machine learning and AI are transforming data into one of your company’s core assets. Business is generating, scraping, and onboarding data from myriad of sources at an ever-increasing pace. The situation is further complicated as lawmakers are struggling to keep up with the ever-evolving use of data in the real world. We discussed the IP, privacy and ethics issues that your company could be facing. We also touched on guidance on how to think about your company’s data usage and how to evaluate risks and institute best practices to manage and monitor your data usage.
