Lauren Herrera will be joined by leaders from the Nevada Housing Division, New York State Homes & Community Renewal and the California Housing Finance Agency for a panel discussion on “How the Market Is Handling Unprecedented Housing Needs." The dialogue will explore how issuers are preparing for new housing opportunities, innovative approaches to expanding housing stock and strategies that can be replicated across markets.

Matthew Hood, will co-lead a discussion titled "How Washington Policy Is Impacting Housing." Panelists will examine how evolving policy changes, development incentives, and compliance requirements are translating into new opportunities and uncertainties for issuers, developers, and housing finance agencies. The panel will also discuss practical implications for tax-exempt financing and the use of federal and state housing tools.
