On March 30, 2023, Evan Hollander will be discussing “Avoidance Actions and Enforcement of Foreign Insolvency Judgements in NAFTA Countries” on an International Insolvency Institute webinar.

The International Insolvency Institute is composed of highly experienced insolvency practitioners and judges, senior representatives of financial institutions, senior academics, senior insolvency regulators and administrators and others with substantial experience in the insolvency field. Prospective members must be nominated by current members of the Institute to be considered for admission.
