Orrick Advises Coatue in UiPath's $568 Million Series D

Orrick has advised lead investor Coatue Management on UiPath’s $568 million Series D funding round, bringing its post-money valuation to $7 billion. Other investors in the round included Dragoneer, Wellington, Sands Capital, funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Accel, CapitalG, Sequoia, IVP and Madrona Venture Group.

UiPath is a leading robotic process automation software company and one of the highest-valued AI companies worldwide. The company plans to use the additional funding for strategic investments and research and development.

Orrick has advised Coatue on numerous investments over the years. Most recently, it counseled Coatue on its follow-on investment in DoorDash’s $400 million Series F and its investment in Swiggy’s $1 billion Series H.
