Alphonse brings significant antitrust trial experience to client matters, including collaborating with economic and accounting experts in high-profile government enforcement actions. He has worked on United States et al. v. Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. et al., a matter brought by the Department of Justice and multiple state attorneys general, as well as In re: Passenger Vehicle Replacement Tires Antitrust Litigation, 5:2024md03107 (N.D. Ohio), a multidistrict class action against Michelin on behalf of tire purchasers.
Additionally, Alphonse has counseled clients in securities class action defense, including representing Carvana in United Association National Pension Fund v. Carvana Company, No. 2:22-cv-02126 (D. Ariz.).
