She focuses her practice on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, project development, financing and general corporate matters for clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Jessica earned her JD with honors from the University of Texas School of Law and dual BA degrees in International Studies and Chinese from the University of Mississippi. While in law school, Jessica served as Managing Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.

Represented the owner of deep-water access marine liquids terminals serving oil and gas refiners, chemical manufacturers and traders, as the borrower of a $50 million senior secured term loan facility and a $30 million revolving capital expenditures facility.
