Admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, Antoine Ciolfi's practice focuses on corporate law, including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. His practice also extends to securities and stock exchange regulations.
Antoine joined the firm in 2025 after spending six years in the Paris office of a major international law firm.
He was President of the Sciences Po Law Review from 2016 to 2017.
