Ashley loves helping businesses tackle their most challenging employment problems.
Ashley’s prior experience makes it easy for her to adapt to the constantly evolving world of employment law. Before pursuing a legal career, she worked in private education as a teacher, manager, and curriculum developer. In law school, she dealt with employment matters through in-house, civil defense, and judicial externships. And recently she returned from the 2020 Pro Bono Orrick Fellowship at Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County, where she defended tenants against eviction and advocated on behalf of students in special education amidst the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic. From this experience comes a focus on people and an appreciation of the important role that they play in an organization’s ability to realize its mission.
