Amis Pan represents clients in employment litigation and provides counseling on employment law matters.
Amis represents employers in litigation involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and other employment-related claims. Her experience includes single plaintiff, class, collective and representative actions in state and federal courts, arbitration, and before government agencies. She also helps clients efficiently and strategically resolve employment disputes before litigation.
In addition to her litigation practice, Amis advises employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including workplace investigations, disability accommodations and leave management. She also partners with employers of all sizes to develop and implement legally compliant employment policies and practices.
