Iman is an associate in the New York office and is a member of the Structured Finance group.
Iman represents issuers, loan sellers and underwriters in structured finance transactions, including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and other asset-backed transactions.
Iman received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A. in International Relations and Military Science from Hampton University.
