Neetu advises domestic and international clients on the full spectrum of antitrust matters, from complex transactional merger control and foreign investment to enforcement and compliance.

Neetu is an antitrust specialist advising clients on merger control, foreign investment/national security, competition investigations and advisories, and antitrust compliance matters. She has represented clients in high-profile transactions requiring sophisticated remedies and complex regulatory strategies, with experience spanning sectors such as technology, e-commerce, manufacturing, and financial services.

She regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional deals and has rich experience working with private equity players and institutional investors. On the behavioural and regulatory side, she has handled the full spectrum of competition matters - from cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases to vertical restraints, across diverse sectors.

Before joining Orrick, Neetu was part of the top-tier competition practice at one of India's largest law firms.

    • Advised NetDocuments, Warburg Pincus and Cove Hill Partners on the acquisition of eDocs business of OpenText.
    • Advised Workday on multiple acquisitions, including acquisition of Sana and Paradox.
    • Advised Carlyle on its acquisition of bluebird.
    • Advised Weights & Biases on its acquisition by CoreWeave.
    • Advised Deel in its acquisitions of Omnipresent Group, and Safeguard Global’s payroll division.
    • Advised SGS & Co and HPS Investment Partners on the acquisition of SGK Brand Solutions and the creation of a new entity incorporating SGS and SGK.
    • Advised Duetto on its acquisition of HotStats.
    • Advised Keyless on its acquisition by Ping Identity.
    • Advised Aptean on its acquisition of Logility.
    • Advised UBS Group and Credit Suisse on UBS’ acquisition of Credit Suisse (India leg).
    • Advised Metro AG on their divestment of Indian business.
    • Advised ChrysCapital on the acquisition of shareholding in Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited.
    • Advised Reliance Retail on its acquisition of Future Group.
    • Advised ZF Friedrichshafen on its acquisition of WABCO in India.
    • Advised L&T on its acquisition by Schneider and Temasek.
    • Advised Walmart on its acquisition of Flipkart in India and defended the merger clearance before the appellate tribunal.
    • Advised Vodafone on its merger with Idea Cellular in India.
    • Advised FMC in relation to divestment obligations in India.
    • Advised Mitsui and Nissan Motor regarding leniency in India for the global maritime vehicle transport cartel.
