Orrick Adds EPC Partner in Houston, Growing Texas Energy Team

  • Kaleb Walker joins Orrick as a partner on its Energy & Infrastructure team in Houston, growing Orrick's Texas energy team.
  • Kaleb represents owners and developers in the drafting and negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts and related agreements for major oil and gas, LNG, power, petrochemical and energy transition, including first-of-a-kind projects domestically and around the world.
  • He has deep experience advising across the entire project lifecycle, from project conception through engineering, design, construction and operations.
  • This addition continues the growth of Orrick’s global Energy & Infrastructure platform. The firm has recruited 24 partners in 13 markets worldwide since January 2025, including recently energy M&A practitioner Nick Woodruff in Houston and nuclear regulatory authority Amy Roma in Washington, D.C.
  • Kaleb joins from King & Spalding, where he was a partner.
