Anthropic, a leading AI safety and research company, has completed a Series H fundraising of $65 billion led by Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer, Greenoaks and Sequoia Capital, valuing the company at $965 billion post-money.
Orrick acted as counsel to the company in the financing and our team has advised Anthropic on all prior rounds of fundraising, among other matters, since the company’s founding in 2021.
This latest funding is expected to advance the company’s safety and interpretability research, expand compute to meet growing demand for Claude, and scale the products and partnerships that customers rely on.
