“I am incredibly excited by Orrick’s strategic focus on the convergence of tech (and AI) with life sciences, energy and finance combined with the firm’s investment in a world-class trial team that understands these sectors,” Eric said. “Antitrust will be an increasingly important consideration for innovators pursuing opportunities driven by this sector convergence, both in protecting products and services, as well as accomplishing transformational deals. I’m thrilled to collaborate with Orrick’s leadership to build a market-leading practice.”
A leader in the legal community, Eric currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Antitrust Section of the New York State Bar Association and has co-chaired the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law Alumni Mentor Program for law students and served as a lecturer in law at Columbia Law School.
