Orrick Continues East Coast Growth with Executive Comp & Benefits Partner Laura Bagarella in New York

  • Laura advises on the design and implementation of cash and equity-based incentive arrangements and the negotiation of executive employment and separation agreements.
  • Laura brings extensive experience in the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, including supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
  • Laura joins from Cleary Gottlieb, following the recent East Coast corporate hires of Josh Beser from Wilson Sonsini and David Sharrow and Jake Ornstein from Gunderson, as well as employment litigator Esther Lander from Akin and IP litigator Josh Pond from Crowell & Moring.
