French version: Orrick poursuit la croissance de sa plateforme Energies & Infrastructure à Paris avec le recrutement de Marine Jamain en M&A

  • Orrick continues 2023 investment in its Paris Energy & Infrastructure team with the hire of M&A rising star Marine Jamain.
  • She advises infrastructure and pension funds, other long-term investors and strategic players in acquisition, disposal, and restructuring transactions and other financings in Energy & Infrastructure across Europe, as well as in the growing areas of EnergyTech and InfraTech.
  • Marine’s addition follows the arrival in Paris of Energy & Infrastructure partners Christophe Lefort, head Orrick’s Paris E&I and Africa practices, and Paul Loisel earlier this year.
  • Orrick ranked No. 3 globally for both Renewables and Infrastructure in 2022 (Inspiratia).

“We’re thrilled to add a rising star like Marine – who has a stellar reputation in the Paris market -- to our team as the market focuses on strategic investments to address infra modernization and energy transition, and the growth of the energy tech and infratech market,” said Patrick Tardivy, Paris-based M&A and Private Equity Partner and Co-Head of Orrick Europe.

“I’m excited to join Orrick’s top tier global platform with a particularly strong focus on the intersection of energy, infrastructure and tech as well as innovation in service delivery,” said Marine.

Legal 500 EMEA ranked Marine as a "Rising Star" in M&A in 2023 for her work in the energy and infrastructure fields. She joins from Clifford Chance.
