Banneker Partners has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement to acquire HS GovTech Solutions Inc., an industry leading software as a service company serving the state, provincial and local government market across the United States and Canada.
The transaction will be implemented by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act(British Columbia). Upon completion of the transaction, HS GovTech will become a private company.

Banneker Partners is a private equity fund that invests in growing, mission-critical enterprise software businesses to drive sustainable long-term value.
HS GovTech is “committed to helping government agencies operate more efficiently through the use of our revolutionary cloud platform, and making information digitally accessible to their citizens and the businesses they regulate.” It is the largest provider of Environmental Health Data Management Solutions in North America.
The company’s “robust technology platform, innovative product portfolio and committed team have proven themselves in delivering mission-critical tools to agencies supporting our communities,” Kenneth Frank, a partner at Banneker Partners, said in a statement.
Banneker Partners plans to partner with HS GovTech's management team to drive continued growth, build on the company’s government software platform and bring new solutions to the market, said Hugh Kirkpatrick, a principal at Banneker Partners.
