Deutsch: Orrick berät Softwareunternehmen GeoMobile bei Verkauf an T-Systems
We advised the shareholders of Dortmund-based software company GeoMobile on the sale of the company to T-Systems International.
With the acquisition, the Telekom subsidiary expands its portfolio for the transportation and logistics industry with an IT platform for accessible, urban mobility.
GeoMobile was founded in Dortmund in 2008 as a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute for Software and Systems Engineering. GeoMobile's solutions are used in twelve transportation companies by over 20 million passengers daily.
