Soumaya Ouzzani Of Counsel

Soumaya advises French and international companies on all employment law matters. She intervenes on collective and individual matters, as well as litigation and pre-litigation issues.

Soumaya has extensive experience of managing restructuring plans and redundancy plans. In this context she assists clients not only with the legal aspects of their restructuring project, but also on the appropriate communication and negotiation strategy to be adopted, notably with regard to employee representative bodies, social partners and the administration.

Soumaya has acquired a great deal of expertise in judicial and labour court proceedings and represents her clients in collective or individual litigation.

Soumaya also advises companies on a day-to-day basis in the context of individual labour relations and in particular the management of relationships with top management and executives.

Before joining Orrick in 2017, Soumaya was an associate in the employment law department of a leading British law firm.

Constance Boillot Of Counsel

Paris

Her practice covers the development of projects, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, notably within the framework of public contracts such as concessions and PPP contracts, as well as the regulatory aspects of regulated activities. She also handles litigation in these sectors.

She advises both sponsors and lenders, and also works with public entities.

Constance started her career at Orrick in 2013, before joining the project finance legal desk of Bouygues Construction at the end of 2018 for two years. She rejoined Orrick in 2021.
