Orrick Advises Kain Capital on Investment in MY DR NOW

We advised private equity firm Kain Capital on its growth equity investment in MY DR NOW, Arizona’s largest privately owned primary care group. The investment marks the first time MY DR NOW has received external capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Orrick team advising on the deal was led by Tony Chan and includes Audrey Schricker, Jasmine Rasheed, Brian Blood, Maggie Hoffman and James Larkin.
