Orrick has advised True Wind Capital on its investment in W Energy Software, a provider of cloud-based accounting and ERP software for energy companies. In addition, M33 Growth, along with the W Energy’s founders and other shareholders, are rolling a meaningful portion of their investment into this transaction. The investment will be used to accelerate W Energy’s expansion into new markets and position it to capitalize on energy transition.
