Orrick Advises Lending Syndicate on £145 Million Secured Revolving Facility & £55 Million Accordion

We advised a lending syndicate consisting of HSBC, Investec, ING and Intesa Sanpaolo on SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc’s (SEEIT) £145 million secured multicurrency revolving credit facility established by its subsidiary, SEEIT Holdco Limited. This will enable SEEIT to refinance its existing revolving credit facility, maximize its capital efficiency and support a pipeline of new investments. The facility also includes an uncommitted accordion of £55 million and is for an initial term of three years expiring in June 2024, with the option to extend the facility.

The Orrick team advising on this transaction includes Adam Smith, Thomas Harrison-Cripps and David O’Donovan.
