Version Française: Orrick conseille Hemeria, acteur majeur du Spatial et de la Défense, dans le cadre de l’acquisition d’Eolane les Ulis
We are advising Hemeria, a major player in the space and defense sectors, on its acquisition of Eolane les Ulis, a subsidiary of the Eolane Group that specializes in maintaining the operational condition of sensitive equipment.
After structuring their national activity to focus on new space and defense systems, Hemeria has now completed its strategic portfolio with this acquisition aimed at consolidating the group's industrial and technological defense base and accelerating its development.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in summer 2020, subject to the satisfaction of the usual suspensive conditions.
