Orrick assisted Supermercato24 in its acquisition of Szopi, an on-demand grocery delivery service in Poland.
The transaction – supported by FII Tech Growth, 360 Capital, Innogest and Endeavor – represents the first step of the company's European expansion strategy and will allow Supermercato24 to start developing its business in the Polish market, thanks to the strategic partnership network already in place with Szopi.
