Anik Guha, a partner in Orrick’s
Technology Companies Group, represents high-growth technology companies in many
industries through all stages of the life cycle. Anik has advised companies on
hundreds of financing transactions, dozens of mergers and acquisitions, and
numerous strategic and governance matters.
Anik’s clients include Betterment, Blokable, Carrot Fertility, Clutter, Confluent, Convoy, Desmos,
Expanse, Frontier Car Group, GoldieBlox, HashiCorp, Heap, HingeTo, Hustle,
Inspire Energy, Jibe, Lambda School, Mux, Mylio, Nanotronics Imaging, Oiselle, Pinterest, Sourcegraph, Two Chairs and Waking Up. Selected companies that Anik represented
through exit include Connectifier, Cove, Credible Labs, Doppler Labs, Elance, Gowalla,
Nest Labs, Powerset, Upworthy, Wavii and Yammer. Anik regularly represents
Kapor Capital in investment matters. He has been recognized by The Legal 500
for his work with technology companies. Anik helped open Orrick’s tech-focused
office in Santa Monica, and led the opening of a workspace in Oakland to better
serve Orrick clients located in the East Bay.
Anik is on the advisory
board of Peer Resources, an organization that serves high school and middle
school students in the San Francisco Unified School District. A native Ohioan
and former New Yorker, Anik now lives with his family in Berkeley.
