Orrick Adds New Head of German Employment Law Practice in Düsseldorf

​Düsseldorf – Orrick announced today that André Zimmermann has joined the firm as a partner and head of its German employment law practice, resident in the firm’s ​Düsseldorf office. 
 
"We are excited to add an employment lawyer with Andre’s focus to our team. His skill and experience is critical to our growing M&A and private equity practice," said Wilhelm Nolting-Hauff, Co-Managing Partner, with Oliver Duys, of Orrick’s German offices.
 
André advises German and international companies in all areas of employment law, with a particular focus on the employment aspects of M&A transactions and restructuring matters. He has counseled on the employment aspects of some of the most significant recent domestic and cross​-border transactions in the German market. He also advises on senior executive employment contracts, as well as on employee privacy and data security.
