An Orrick team co-led by Mitch Zuklie and Mark Seneca advised Nest Labs, a developer of self-learning home appliances, in its sale to Google for $3.2 billion. The Orrick team on the transaction also included Anik Guha, Andrew Erskine, Reed McBride, Owen Kirshner, Adam Lin, Dan Yost, Nancy Chen, Michael Yang, Patricia Zeigler, Steven Malvey and Harry Clark.
