Marc Rotenberg, president and founder of the Center for AI and Digital Policy, joins Jerry and Jodi to explore some of the key influences and issues surrounding national privacy legislation. The discussion covers cross-border data flows, government surveillance, FTC enforcement, consumer protection, and actions in the EU that could influence Congress. 

Marc has served on numerous international advisory panels for digital policy, including the OECD AI Group of Experts. He previously founded the Electronic Privacy & Information Center and is the author of The AI Policy Sourcebook and The Privacy Law Sourcebook.
