Employment law partner Gary Siniscalco spoke with Law360 about two recent rulings that dismissed bias suits brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
Referring to the EEOC's recently adopted enforcement blueprint, Siniscalco commented that ”this is what the commission's Strategic Enforcement Plan is in large respect all about.”
Siniscalco added that “the [EEOC] identified particular issues they said they want to focus on, but they also said they want to see much closer coordination between the compliance side and the lawyers [in order] to deal with these kinds of sloppy, superficial investigations and findings.”
